Prior experience opening bars/pubs/breweries (hands-on with liquor licensing)
β
Knowledge of microbrewery setup β equipment, capacity, excise regulations
β
Location scouting experience β site selection, competition mapping, rental economics
β
Lease negotiation with landlords/brokers/mall developers
β
Comfortable owning a deal pipeline end-to-end (scouting β LOI β licensing β handover)
Positive to have: broker network in Mumbai/Pune, mall leasing exposure, multi-outlet chain experience.
