Job description

Policy Bazaar is looking for agile and customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team. As a Field Sales Specialist, you will be the voice of Policy Bazaar, engage with customers and drive sales conversions. The role involves handling international clients, promoting insurance products, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers via calls, emails, and chats.
- Explain insurance products and services effectively to clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.




- Maintain robust follow-ups and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Handle objections, resolve queries, and build long-term client relationships.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle customer queries efficiently and politely.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email.
- Patience and empathy to manage difficult or irate customers.
- Freshers and experience both can apply.
- Salary package 3.2 LPA to 4.2 LPA.
