Skills and experience that will help you succeed.
Experience: 4-8 years of qualified full stack development.
Backend: Working Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python competence with REST API design.
Frontend: Working React/TypeScript competence including state management and component architecture.
Databases: SQL competence against PostgreSQL and/or Oracle.
Practices: TDD/unit testing habit Git workflow and CI/CD familiarity.
Ownership: Comfortable owning a feature or module end-to-end within a small autonomous pod.
Qualifications and certifications
Education and credentials that support this role.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or related field.
Relevant cloud or full stack certification preferred.
