Make and receive calls with prospective clients (primarily outbound cold calling)
Pre-qualify prospects for Life Insurance and Final Expense quotes
Transfer qualified prospects to licensed Sales Advisors
Maintain professionalism while meeting quality and performance expectations

Licensed advisors handle all consultations and sales.





We're seeking individuals with strong English fluency who are comfortable speaking with new people every day.

Excellent spoken English with a clear, skilled accent
Appointment setting, lead generation, customer service, or call center experience
Adaptability to different projects and campaigns

Full-time
~ 5 working days per week
~ Weekend shifts may occasionally be required depending on the project

Compensation
Performance Bonuses: Paid overtime for approved hours worked beyond the standard schedule

Training & Payment
One-week virtual training (2–3 hours per day)
Training is paid after successful onboarding and completion of your first month of employment
