About the Role: Presales Bid Manager is the operational engine of our presales team. You will manage the end-to-end solutioning process, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and timely submission of RFPs, RFIs, and proactive proposals.

Responsibilities

- Drive the end-to-end RFP/RFI response process, including creating bid/responsibility plans, setting internal deadlines, and managing contributor workflows.
- Compile, format, and edit technical and business inputs into cohesive, brand-compliant proposals.
- Build and maintain a centralized knowledge base of reusable presales assets (past proposals, bios, case studies, technical snippets).
- Coordinate with practice SMEs, delivery and other pre-sales team members for solution approach,



effort estimates, timelines etc alignments.

Skills and Qualification:

- 5+ years of experience in bid management, presales coordination within the IT services focusing on Data & Analytics proposals/bids.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple high-stakes deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and document formatting skills (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc).
- Good understanding of data engineering, analytics and cloud technologies.
