The role Run ventures before they have CEOs. You will take internally created companies from concept through validation, MVP, and pilot to launch — owning execution until each venture is ready for standalone leadership.
What you will do
- Manage incubating ventures day-to-day through validation, MVP build, pilot, and launch
- Run the build cadence: milestones, budgets, hiring plans, and stage-gate readiness
- Coordinate founding team members, external partners, and the group‘s platform teams
- Own venture-level reporting: progress, risks, burn, and decisions needed
- Set up the early commercial motion — pilots, first customers, and feedback loops
- Hand over cleanly to standalone venture leadership at launch
What you have done
- 5–8 years in program management, product management,
or startup operations
- Shipped products or launched initiatives end-to-end with cross-functional teams
- Managed budgets, timelines, and executive reporting across multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Created structure in ambiguity — you have operated where no playbook existed
Valuable to have: Incubator, accelerator, or venture studio experience; Agile or PMP certification; early-stage startup experience.
