Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Lucknow. The Job Title will support KNOVATIK’s lead generation and marketing activities by engaging with potential customers, providing accurate information about services, and qualifying leads according to defined criteria. Daily responsibilities may include handling inbound and outbound communications, updating CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to optimize campaigns,



and following compliance and quality guidelines. The role also involves meeting performance targets, maintaining clear documentation, and contributing to continuous improvement in processes and customer experience.
Basic to intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and email platforms.
Time management and organizational skills to handle high call volumes or contact lists while meeting daily and monthly targets.
Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take feedback constructively to improve performance.
Prior experience in call centers, sales, customer service, or marketing services is an advantage.
Comfort working on-site in Lucknow and flexibility to work shifts as needed by business requirements.
a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
