We are looking for a motivated Tele Sales Officer in Delhi to engage with potential customers and promote our products through effective communication. This is a full-time, office-based role suitable for those with 0 to 2 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. **Outbound Calls**: Make calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services, answering any questions they may have.
2. **Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue current sales opportunities by generating leads through various channels and nurturing these leads through follow-up communication.
3. **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, ensuring that their needs are met effectively.
4. **Sales Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of calls made, customer interactions, and sales results in order to provide feedback to the management team.
5. **Target Achievement**: Work towards individual and team sales targets, using your skills to close sales and achieve set goals.
Required Skills and Expectations:
Candidates should have excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive phone manner. A basic understanding of sales principles is preferred, along with the ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining accurate records.
