Sales Executive Services
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Lead Generation
Identify and connect with potential clients such factories, warehouses, MSMEs, large industrial units, and infrastructure developers to pitch licensing/compliance services.
Attend industry events, trade fairs, government briefings, and association meetings to generate business leads.
Conduct field visits to industrial parks, SEZs, and manufacturing zones to meet potential clients.
Client Engagement & Follow-Up
Reach out to leads through phone calls, site visits, and in-person meetings.
Understand client requirements for Industrial approvals and compliances
Explain the service process, timelines, and perks, addressing all client queries effectively.
Sales Closure
Convert qualified leads into signed projects by presenting tailored service proposals and pricing.
Negotiate commercial terms and close deals within the defined sales cycle.
Coordinate with the internal technical/licensing team to ensure accurate scope delivery.
Reporting & Coordination
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-up status using CRM or Excel tracking sheets.
Provide daily/weekly reporting to management on outreach efforts and conversions.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer needs, competitors, and recent opportunities.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
13 years of experience in B2B service oriented sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in both English and local language.
Willingness to travel locally and/or regionally for field visits and client meetings.
Understanding of industrial licensing, government regulations, or statutory approvals is a solid advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in selling services related to compliance.
Existing network or contacts within industrial zones or developer ecosystems.
