Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads generated through digital marketing campaigns and other lead sources.
Handle inbound patient enquiries professionally and provide accurate information about treatments, services, and clinic offerings.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and manage patient appointments efficiently.
Follow up on missed appointments, pending consultations, and treatment conversions to improve patient engagement.
Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective patients to ensure continuity of care and encourage treatment completion.
Explain current offers, treatment packages, and available clinic services to patients.
Update patient details, call outcomes, and follow-up status in the CRM or clinic management software after every interaction.
Coordinate with the Branch Manager, Doctors,



and Reception Team to ensure appointment availability and smooth patient scheduling.
Ensure timely follow-ups to maximize patient walk-ins, consultations, and treatment conversions.
Respond to patient queries courteously and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, appointment booking, and conversion targets.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all patient information in accordance with clinic policies.
Prepare and submit daily reports on calls made, appointments scheduled, follow-ups conducted, and treatment conversions.
