Key Responsibilities
Lead multiple customer-facing software implementation projects end-to-end.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, resources, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Lead geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.
Manage customer and internal stakeholder communication, meetings and project reporting.
Forecast project hours, resource requirements and schedules.
Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and business processes.
Prepare customer-facing presentations, proposals and project updates.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Development, Finance, Customer Success and other teams.
Mentor project team members and support people-management responsibilities as required.

Mandatory / Key Skills
4plus years of Project Management / Skilled Services / Software Implementation / Technology Delivery experience
Solid end-to-end Project Management experience.




Experience managing complex customer-facing projects.
Robust Risk & Issue Management, Budget Management and Stakeholder Management.
Experience leading cross-functional / geographically distributed teams.
Robust communication, facilitation, negotiation and leadership skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Smartsheet, Confluence or similar tools.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
Bachelors degree is required.

Preferred Skills
PMP Certification – highly preferred.
Experience in ERP implementation, such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite.
Experience with SaaS / Enterprise Software implementation.

Exposure to ERP, MES, Manufacturing, Packaging, Printing or Supply Chain software implementations
