Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential interior projects from execution to handover.
Coordinate with clients, designers, site supervisors, and installation teams.
Review work orders, drawings, measurements, and project schedules.
Plan and monitor daily site activities to ensure timely completion.
Supervise installation quality and ensure work follows approved designs.
Coordinate material dispatches and verify materials received at site.
Monitor manpower, project progress, and site requirements.
Resolve site-related issues and maintain valuable client relationships.
Conduct regular site inspections and provide project updates.
Ensure proper project handover and collect client feedback.
Requirements:
BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Interior Design.
2–5 years of experience in residential interiors / interior fit-out.
Good knowledge of modular furniture installation and site execution.
Solid communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
Must be willing to travel to project sites in Chennai.
Age should be within 31
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
