Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, excellent computer skills, and experience handling day-to-day financial activities in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain books of accounts and ensure accurate financial records.
Perform daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Prepare and send Purchase Orders (POs) to suppliers.
Communicate professionally with customers and vendors through email.
Prepare employee salary statements and coordinate payroll-related records.
Maintain accounting reports and MIS using Microsoft Excel.
Prepare accounting documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.




Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with auditors, banks, and other stakeholders whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com or professional accounting qualifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing company.
Solid working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting).
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
Sound knowledge of:
Bank Reconciliation
Accounts Payable
Accounts Receivable
Purchase Order processing
Payroll and salary statement preparation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
