We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, financial records, reconciliations, and documentation. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, along with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, and other financial documents.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Maintain proper records of expenses and business transactions.
Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
Coordinate with auditors, vendors when required.
Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
Verify financial documents and ensure accuracy of accounting entries.
Maintain organized records for audits and tax filings.




Support management with accounting-related reports and financial information.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience as an Accountant preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Positive knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of GST and TDS is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with Tally / Tally Prime or other accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
