We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer with solid expertise in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in hydraulic, servo, utility, and mould maintenance while ensuring maximum machine uptime and minimizing breakdowns.

Qualification
CIPET / B.E. / Diploma (Electrical)

Experience
8–10 years of experience in Injection Moulding Machine Maintenance

Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and troubleshooting of Injection Moulding Machines.
Solid knowledge of hydraulic and servo systems.
Maintenance of hot runner systems and injection moulds.
Maintenance of utilities including:
Air Compressors
Chillers
Cooling Towers
DG Sets
Improve machine utilization and reduce machine breakdown hours.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Diagnose and resolve machine faults efficiently.
Maintain maintenance records and ensure timely servicing.




Follow all plant safety procedures and maintenance standards.
