Role & responsibilities
Handle customer calls for car insurance sales and renewals.
Explain car insurance policies, coverage, benefits, and available plans.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.
Convince customers to purchase or renew car insurance policies.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.
Maintain proper customer and call records.
Ensure a positive and qualified customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Confident speaking and customer-handling skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales/telecalling/BPO/insurance experience will be an advantage.
Freshers with positive communication and convincing skills can also apply.
