/n We are looking for a Customer Support Associate (Backend) to join our Steno Process in Jaipur.

/n Experience: 6+ months (Mandatory)
/n Location: Jaipur
/n Working Days: 5.5 days/week

/n Shifts: Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs

/n Key Responsibilities
/n /n Handle customer queries and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
/n Manage backend support activities related to billing and invoicing.
/n Process and verify invoices, billing details, and related documentation.
/n Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and customer concerns.
/n Coordinate with internal teams for effective query resolution.
/n Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
/n Follow company policies, quality standards, and defined processes.

/n Meet assigned productivity, quality,



and turnaround-time targets.

/n /n Eligibility & Requirements
/n /n Graduate in any discipline.
/n Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in customer support/backend operations.
/n Billing & Invoicing experience is preferred.
/n Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
/n Positive understanding of billing and invoice-related processes.
/n Basic computer proficiency and ability to work with backend systems.
/n Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

/n Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
