Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the hospital. Candidates with 4–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare environment, are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounting records and financial transactions.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, receipts, and payments.
Prepare and maintain ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and supporting documents.
Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Assist in monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Ensure accurate posting and timely completion of accounting entries.
Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, purchase, stores, and other departments regarding financial transactions.
Maintain proper documentation and records for audit purposes.
Support statutory compliance, audit requirements, and other finance-related activities.
Perform other accounting and finance duties assigned by management.

Requirements




Minimum 4–5 years of experience in accounting.
Hospital/Healthcare accounting experience is preferred.
Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures.
Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting-related software.
Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial records.
Positive communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with prior experience in hospital accounting, healthcare billing, IP/OP billing, pharmacy accounts, purchase accounts, or hospital finance operations will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
