Job Summary
We are looking for a agile and results-oriented sales skilled to drive business expansion and strengthen relationships within the telecom and enterprise ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B sales, account management, business development, and team leadership within the telecom, ISP, data center, cloud, or networking industries.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
Manage the complete B2B sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
Identify and acquire new customers across Telecom, ISP, Enterprise, Data Center, Cloud, and Digital Infrastructure segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, decision-makers,



and key stakeholders across India.
Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account management.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Collaborate with technical, product, and operations teams to deliver customized customer solutions.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify recent business opportunities.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, CRM records, revenue forecasts, and business reports.
Present sales performance and market insights to senior leadership.
Represent the organization at customer meetings, partner engagements, and industry events across India.
