Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable logistics solutions.
Conduct online product demonstrations and explain platform features.
Generate qualified leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Update sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
0–6 months of Inside Sales, Tele Sales, B2B Sales, IT, SaaS, or Logistics experience preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
