Role & responsibilities
Basic knowledge of Auto cad / UG Software. & Mould design review knowledge
Valuable knowledge of Mould manufacturing standards preparation.
Positive knowledge of Mould Documentation work.
Root cause analysis and problem solving in Major Mould issue & implement corrective actions.
Review vendor progress, maintain project records, and provide regular updates to the project Team.
Attend injection Mould breakdowns and support repairs
Monitor vendor Mould maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair schedule
Follow up with vendors for Mould spare parts, maintenance schedules, and service support.
Maintain vendor communication records.
Conduct regular vendor visits to check mould maintenance quality, process adherence, and Mould status
