As a Conference Director at a company specializing in elite business events across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe, you will play a crucial role in connecting tech buyers with market intelligence, insightful use-cases, and cutting-edge solutions from global experts, investors, and business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the success and profitability of the series of events through effective leadership and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:
Take overall responsibility for meeting and/or exceeding budget profit contribution of the series of events
Provide monthly reports and forecasts on event revenues, contribution, manpower, and necessary actions to achieve budget goals
Develop strategies and initiatives to drive growth and sustainability of the events through research, analysis, relationships, and market intelligence
Collaborate with Sales Director and Operations Director to design event layout and floor plan
Provide strategic direction and objectives to the Marketing Director and their team for event promotion
Develop campaign strategies with the Marketing Director to achieve budget targets for visitor numbers, ticket revenues, and ticket yields




Work with the Sales Director to create campaign strategies that meet or exceed budget goals for exhibitors, stand sales, and sponsorship revenues
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Directors to develop a compelling sales proposition that addresses the needs of current and potential clients
Provide strategic direction and market intelligence to the program team for creating a speaker program and digital content plan aligned with the business's strategic and commercial objectives

Qualifications Required:
Background in B2B Conference Production preferred, but Sponsorship & Marketing backgrounds will also be considered
Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive profitability and growth
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Proven experience in developing and implementing successful event strategies
Knowledge of market trends and insights to inform event planning and decision-making
