Job Purpose

The Innovation Project Manager will drive end-to-end innovation and current product development (NPD) projects. The role involves project planning, tracking, stakeholder management, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end innovation and NPD projects.
Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and Gantt Charts.
Coordinate with Marketing, R&D;, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, and Sales teams.
Track milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Drive governance reviews and resolve project bottlenecks.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and project documentation.
Support commercialization and product launch readiness.




Drive process improvements and project management best practices.

Desired Profile
MBA/PGDM or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, Innovation, or NPD within FMCG.
Robust understanding of product development and commercialization processes.
Hands-on experience with Gantt Charts, project dashboards, and PM tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
