Technical Project Manager

Job Summary

Rysun Labs is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects, with a preference for candidates who have experience in government projects and a solid understanding of backend technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time and within scope while maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and client requirements.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful project delivery.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary to ensure successful project delivery.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring that project requirements are understood and met.
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Leverage experience with government projects to navigate compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.




Oversee backend development processes, working closely with developers to ensure alignment with project goals and technical specifications.
Prepare project reports, proposals, and presentations for internal and client review.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience managing government projects and understanding government processes and standards is highly preferred.

Demonstrated experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
