International Institute with an MBA

Minimum Experience
15 – 22 years of experience with at least 5 years’ experience in leading the Project Execution of large-scale luxury residential projects within the
Real Estate industry
Special Skills/Attributes
(required for performing the job effectively)
Sound understanding of Real Estate/ Construction/ Development industry

Should possess robust project management skills

Positive knowledge of contract documentation and management

Overall, Purpose/Objective Of the job





Drive end-to-end project execution for a large-scale luxury residential project, seamless and timely delivery within defined standards of cost and quality, by effective project management

Key Responsibilities

Works closely with leadership team and other stakeholders to develop the project management framework and sign off on the Engineering brief

Drive continuous improvement, value engineering and innovation across all project operations

Manage the finalization of Project Drawings by coordinating with the Architecture team & various consultants to review and revalidate the project drawings

Prepare a broad Project Plan based on the inputs provided and approvals from business leadership, and also provide inputs to the planning department in detailing the project plan in terms of activity level break down, timelines, project risks, etc

Prepare risk mitigation strategies/action plan for each identified risk including credible
