Position: Business Development Manager – Advertising & Production

Experience: 5–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Develop current business opportunities with advertising agencies, brands, corporates and creative agencies.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Brand Managers, Marketing Heads, Creative Directors, Account Directors and Agency Producers.
Generate leads and convert them into production projects.
Handle pitching, client meetings, proposals, estimates and commercial negotiations.
Drive business for TVCs, Digital Films, Print Campaigns, Product Films, CGI, AI Video, AI Print, Photography and End-to-End Production.
Maintain a structured CRM and regularly track leads, follow-ups, proposals and closures.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Identify upcoming campaigns, product launches and advertising opportunities.
Coordinate with the creative, production and finance teams to ensure smooth project conversion and execution.




Develop long-term relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients.

Ideal Candidate:
5–6 years of experience in advertising, production, creative agency, media or related business development.
Strong existing network within advertising agencies and brands will be an advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of advertising production and agency workflows.
Ability to independently generate leads and close business.
Target-oriented, proactive and commercially driven.
Strong knowledge of Mumbai's advertising and production ecosystem.
