Job Description

Lead manufacturing strategy and execution across multiple plants / locationsDrive capacity utilization, productivity, cost optimization, and operational scalabilityBuild standardized systems, governance frameworks, and performance benchmarks across sitesAlign manufacturing with business growth, expansion, and customer commitmentsOwn enterprise KPIs: OEE, yield, throughput, cost per unit, quality, and safety and Implement Lean, TPM, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiativesLead greenfield / brownfield expansions,



commissioning, and production ramp-upDrive Industry 4.0, process innovation, and advanced manufacturing technologiesEnsure consistent quality systems across all plants and Drive regulatory, customer, and operational compliance and Build zero-defect and zero-harm cultureLead Plant Heads / Site Leaders across locations

The Successful Applicant

Education: Engineering degree required

Experience:

20+ years in large-scale manufacturingProven multi-plant / cluster leadership experienceStrong exposure to high-volume, technology-driven manufacturing environmentsCandidates should be working in Advanced Manufacturing ,Electronics, Renewable Energy, Semiconductor, Automotive and Precision Engineering sectors
