Position: Project Manager

Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Oversee construction activities, quality standards, and compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Review project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
Ensure effective implementation of safety and quality management systems.
Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions as required.
Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients.

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Experience:




Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in construction project management and execution.

Critical Skills Desired:
Solid leadership and team management capabilities.
Experience in leading Planning, Billing, Site Execution, MEP, and Safety teams.
Project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control.
Client and stakeholder management.
Knowledge of construction methodologies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
Solid communication, coordination, and decision-making skills.
