Duties and ResponsibilitiesKey Deliverables:
Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
Monthly hold clearance.
Process Analysis & Sharing of best practices with the team.
Coordinate with Sales & ensure a mechanism is in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
Liaisoning with functional team - Operations, risk, banking, to cover process gaps.





Required Qualifications and Experience
