Job Summary

The Senior Project Manager will lead large-scale SAP transformation programs, including ECC-to-S/4HANA migrations. The PM ensures delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

Responsibilities
Lead SAP S/4HANA migration programs ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
Define project charter, scope, WBS, governance, RAID logs, and documentation.
Ensure adherence to KPIs-scope, schedule, cost, quality, resources.
Drive steering committee updates and stakeholder alignment.
Lead SAP migration activities including discovery, fit-gap, build, deployment.
Manage integrations, data migration, SIT/UAT cycles.
Identify risks and implement mitigation plans.
Own change control for scope, timeline, and budgets.
Lead global cross-functional teams and vendors.
Manage project budgets, forecasts, SOWs, and vendor performance.
Oversee cutover, go-live readiness, and post-go-live support.

Required Skills
13+ years of project/program management experience.




8+ years SAP S/4HANA migration/implementation experience.
Solid expertise in SAP Activate and SAP lifecycle.
Excellent governance, planning, budgeting, reporting.
Solid understanding of integrations and data migration.
Experience in managing global projects/programs with senior leadership.
Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Qualifications
Bachelor s or Master s degree in engineering, IT, Business.
PMP, Prince2, SAP Activate, Agile/Protected preferred.
Experience in global, multi-region project rollouts.
