Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities : Key Deliverables:
Support field through troubleshooting on the system.
Ensuring governance adherence and meeting the TAT.
Monthly hold clearance.
Process analysis & sharing of best practices with team.
Coordinate with Sales and ensure mechanisms are in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on any change in process.
Liaising with functional teams - Operations, Risk, Banking, to cover process gaps.
