Position: Qualified Chartered Accountant (Fresher with 3 years of articleship)

Function: Accounts & Compliance

Reporting to: Chief Financial Officer

Roles and Responsibilities: -
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
Manage and ensure compliance with IND AS, tax regulations, RERA compliance and internal controls.
Prepare financial statements and reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities.
Supervise and train accounting staff to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.




Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and systems to ensure efficiency and accuracy.

Key Skills/Experience the Candidate Should Have -Technical (T) and Non-Technical (NT):-
Knowledge of IND AS, tax regulations, and internal controls.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Well verse with accounting software (ERP, SAP)
Ability to work independently and in a team workplace.
Attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification:-
CA (Qualified all groups)
