We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Diploma Engineer Trainees (Field Engineers) to join our organization. This chance is ideal for fresh diploma graduates who are eager to build a career in the telecom infrastructure industry.

Eligibility Criteria:
Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering(only Diploma students are eligible)
Freshers are welcome to apply
Must own a 2-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License
Willingness to travel extensively and work at different project locations
Comfortable working in field-based roles

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in telecom fiber network deployment activities, including cable ducting, trenching, cable blowing, and splicing
Support project execution while ensuring quality standards and timely completion
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and field teams for smooth project operations




Monitor daily site progress and report updates to the Area Manager
Assist in managing materials, manpower, and site-related activities
Follow company safety guidelines and standard operating procedures during field operations

Required Skills:
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong learning attitude and willingness to work in a dynamic field workplace
Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
