Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on automation and control systems.
Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, VFDs, servo drives, sensors, actuators, and industrial networks.
Diagnose electrical, instrumentation, and automation faults to minimize production downtime.
Install, configure, test, and commission current automation equipment and control systems.
Maintain and modify PLC and HMI programs when required.
Calibrate field instruments, transmitters, and control devices.
Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Support root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain accurate maintenance records,



equipment documentation, and calibration reports.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and OEM vendors during maintenance and equipment upgrades.
Support continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives.
