Luxury Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
Deliver an exceptional luxury shopping experience to every customer.
Understand customer preferences and recommend jewellery that best suits their needs.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets through consultative selling.
Generate new business through networking, client referrals, outbound calling, and creative lead generation initiatives.
Convert walk-in customers into long-term loyal clients.
Build and nurture relationships with HNI and premium clientele.
Conduct timely follow-ups for repeat purchases, festive occasions, anniversaries, and referrals.
Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
Coordinate orders from sale to delivery while ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on jewellery trends, diamonds, gemstones, certifications, and luxury retail practices.
Support visual merchandising, inventory management, and showroom presentation.
Represent the Mehta Sons brand with professionalism, elegance, and integrity.

What Were Looking ForExperience
Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail sales.




Experience from any of the following industries is preferred:
Luxury Jewellery
Luxury Fashion
Premium Watches
Luxury Automobiles
Hospitality
First-Class / Premium Cabin Crew
Other premium customer-facing luxury brands

Skills
Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage).
Solid consultative selling and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities.
Proven experience handling premium or HNI customers.
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital productivity tools.
Well-groomed, confident, and highly skilled.
Robust attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage
Familiarity with AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms.
