Key Responsibilities
Achieve and consistently exceed the assigned sales targets while driving profitable business growth across the designated territory.
Expand the width and depth of product distribution by increasing outlet coverage, strengthening market penetration, and ensuring availability as per company objectives.
Build and maintain robust, long-term relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and other trade partners to drive sustainable business growth.
Conduct regular market visits across the assigned region, spending a minimum of 14 working days per month in the field to monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and support the sales team.
Manage and grow business across multiple sales channels, including General Trade (Retail), Standalone Up-to-date Trade, and Wholesale, ensuring consistent revenue growth, product availability, and effective in-store visibility.
Lead, coach, mentor,



and develop the Frontline Sales Team (Sales Officers/ISRs), ensuring achievement of monthly sales objectives, productivity standards, and adherence to company processes.
Analyze sales performance, market trends, competitor activities, and channel-wise performance to identify business opportunities and take data-driven decisions.
Prepare accurate sales forecasts and demand plans, proactively communicating market requirements and business expectations to the reporting manager.
Coordinate closely with the Supply Chain, Dispatch, and Logistics teams to ensure timely product availability and uninterrupted market supplies.
Conduct regular, structured performance reviews with the sales team to monitor progress, identify capability gaps, provide coaching, and drive continuous performance improvement.
