Job Summary

We are looking for a PLC Programmer with hands-on experience in Omron PLC

programming to develop, troubleshoot, and commission automation systems for industrial

machinery. The candidate should have positive knowledge of PLC, HMI, and industrial

automation.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Omron PLC programs.

 Design and configure Omron HMI applications.

 Perform machine commissioning, testing, and debugging at customer sites.

 Integrate PLCs with sensors, drives, VFDs, and other field devices.

 Read and interpret electrical drawings and control panel layouts.

 Diagnose and resolve automation-related issues.

 Coordinate with the electrical, mechanical, and service teams during project

execution.

 Prepare documentation related to PLC programs and commissioning.





 Provide customer support during installation and after-sales service.

Required Skills

 Hands-on experience with Omron PLCs (CX-Programmer, Sysmac Studio, NX/NJ

Series).

 Knowledge of Omron HMI development.

 Understanding of industrial communication protocols such as EtherNet/IP, Modbus,

EtherCAT, and RS-485.

 Knowledge of VFDs, servo systems, sensors, and industrial control panels.

 Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

 Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

 Willingness to travel for machine installation and commissioning.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
