Job Description: Area Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Area Sales Executive to promote and sell agricultural products within the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of agricultural practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell the company's agricultural products in the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and farmers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and farmer meetings.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and visit reports.

Eligibility Criteria
Education: B.Sc.



Agriculture (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the agriculture industry.
Driving License: Valid two-wheeler driving license is mandatory.
Vehicle: Candidate must own a two-wheeler for field travel.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of agricultural products and farming practices.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
Daily Allowance (DA): As per company policy

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
