Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, receipts, and payment records.
Handle accounts payable and receivable entries.
Assist in bank reconciliation and cash/bank transactions.
Maintain purchase and sales records and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related work.
Maintain proper filing of bills, invoices, and accounting documents.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
Assist in preparing monthly statements, reports, and outstanding payment summaries.
Enter and maintain data accurately in Tally Prime and MS Excel.
Support the Senior Accountant/Accounts Manager in routine accounting activities.
