Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Freelance Accounts Executive to support our finance team on a part time basis. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Tally, accounting documentation, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update accounting records in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Prepare and maintain vouchers, invoices, purchase bills, and payment records.
Handle accounting documentation and ensure proper filing of financial records.
Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger verification.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation (basic knowledge preferred).
Coordinate with the Accounts team for routine accounting activities.
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial data.
Required Skills
Valuable working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
Robust attention to detail and documentation skills.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualification
B.Com/M.Com or equivalent qualification in Commerce or Accounting.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping (Freelancers and part-time professionals are welcome to apply).
Preferred Candidate
Experience in handling accounting documentation independently.
Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
Available to work three days a week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM).
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
