Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage annual compensation cycles, including merit increases, promotions, corrections, and incentive payouts
Conduct job evaluations and market benchmarking
Design and maintain salary ranges and compa-ratio frameworks
Own operational execution within HRIS, including data updates, validations, reporting, and audit readiness
Manage end-to-end perks programs, including health insurance and statutory/voluntary benefits
Develop and maintain compensation and perks dashboards and management reports
Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal C&B; policies
Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across compensation planning and benefits administration

Skills Required:
Solid experience in compensation and perks management, including total rewards strategy and execution, is essential.
Proven ability to manage annual compensation cycles such as merit reviews, promotions,



and incentive programs is required.
Hands-on experience in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary structure design is significant.
Expertise in managing benefits programs, including health insurance and employee benefit schemes, is necessary.
Proficiency in HRIS systems for data management, reporting, and process automation is expected.
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation are required.
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and internal policies related to compensation and benefits is important.
Ability to analyze compensation data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights is essential.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to collaborate with HR and business teams are required.

Education: Any graduation (MBA/bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred).
