/n Key Responsibilities: /n Assist retail sellers with account, inventory, and order-related queries via email and chat.

/n Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
/n Communicate professionally with excellent grammar, tone, and formatting.
/n Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction.
/n Navigate multiple internal systems to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

/n /n Graduate in any discipline
/n Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
/n Comfortable working in a 24×7 rotational environment
/n Willing to work on-site in Jaipur (Sitapura)
/n /n Work Schedule
/n /n 5.5 working days per week
/n /n Transportation
/n /n Cab facility available within a 25 km radius of the Jaipur facility.

/n Candidates must reside within the operational cab service area.
