Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage project timelines, budgets, and scope while ensuring adherence to company standards.
Site Supervision: Coordinate with teams at Lohegaon, Akurdi, Wakdewadi, Kharadi, Mundhwa and Bhugaon to ensure smooth project execution.
Vendor & Contractor Management: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Compliance & Quality Control: Ensure that all projects meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and quality benchmarks.
Resource Allocation: Manage labor, materials, and financial resources to optimize project efficiency.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to avoid project delays or budget overruns.

Reporting & Coordination




Bachelor's or Masters degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Proven experience of 10 to 20 years in project management within the construction or real estate sector.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and construction software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
