Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute BTL campaigns such as Lift Branding, Gate Branding, Flea Markets, Canopy Activities, Door-to-Door Sampling, and WhatsApp campaigns.
Manage and guide a team of 45 Business Executives to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Secure permissions from RWAs/Societies and build solid relationships with local stakeholders.
Develop and manage local vendor networks for logistics, branding, and manpower.
Coordinate campaign logistics, timelines, and on-ground operations while ensuring timely execution.
Track campaign performance, budgets, and reports using Excel.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Finance) and resolve on-ground issues efficiently.
Build strong rapport with RWAs, vendors,



and local partners through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Demonstrate solid ownership, multitasking ability, and adaptability in fast-paced field operations.

Requirements
3–6 years of experience in BTL activations, on-ground marketing, or field operations.
Robust stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
Good knowledge of the local market and fluency in the local language.
Proficient in MS Excel and campaign reporting.
Must be based in the hiring city and willing to travel extensively for on-ground activities.
