Job Title: Sales Executive - Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Description: We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives to join our Voice Process team. The role involves engaging with customers over calls, promoting products/services, generating sales, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities: Handle outbound and inbound sales calls professionally

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
Convert leads into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Accurately maintain customer records and sales updates in the system.

Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criterisia: Graduation is mandatory.

Minimum 6 months of sales experience is mandatory.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities.

Basic computer knowledge.

Work Schedule:





~6 Days Working
~9 Hours Shift
~ Weekly off as per roster/business requirements.

~ Key Note: No leaves will be approved during the first 3 months of employment (training/probation period)
