Job Description

We are looking for a agile and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) – Marketing to join our team in Ernakulam. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.
Generate leads through various marketing and business development channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and educational institutions.
Conduct market research to identify current opportunities and industry trends.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation and conversions.
Plan and execute promotional activities, campaigns, seminars, workshops, and events.




Monitor business development activities and prepare regular performance reports.
Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Travel for client meetings, events, institutional visits, and other business development activities as required.

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, or Sales.
Experience in the education industry is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of marketing and business development strategies.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Ability to generate leads and convert business opportunities.
Target-oriented with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel for business development activities.
Travel allowance will be provided.
