Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chartered Accountant role based in Manesar. The Chartered Accountant will oversee day-to-day financial accounting, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and statutory compliances. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports, while ensuring adherence to accounting standards and internal controls. The Chartered Accountant will manage tax planning and compliance,



support audits, and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external auditors. The role also includes analyzing financial performance, identifying cost optimization prospects, and supporting strategic business decisions.
Qualifications
Robust foundational skills in financial accounting, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
Expertise in taxation, including direct and indirect taxes, tax planning, and statutory compliance.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cost control.
Knowledge of audit processes, internal controls, and risk management practices.
Proficiency with accounting software and ERP systems, along with advanced MS Excel skills.
Recognized Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification; additional certifications in finance or accounting are an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced workplace.
Prior experience in manufacturing, technology, or engineering services organizations is preferred.
