We are looking for young, energetic individuals with a robust passion for sales and achieving

targets. The role involves promoting credit card products to potential customers via outbound

calls and guiding them through the application process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Contact individuals and to pitch banking products.

• Explain products perks, features, and eligibility criteria.

• Handle objections and resolve customer queries.





• Follow up consistently to ensure conversations.

• Record customer and transaction details and obtaining customer information.

• Schedule call-backs where necessary and take timely follow ups’

Desired Candidates :

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills preferred.

• Confident, Energetic, and valuable convincing ability on calls.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

• Good listening skills and customer handling attitude.
