Our client is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for the role of US Debt Collections Executive. The candidate will be responsible for handling collections processes for US customers, ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments while maintaining skilled communication standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle outbound and inbound calls with US customers regarding pending payments and overdue accounts
2. Negotiate payment plans and resolve customer queries professionally
3. Follow up consistently to achieve monthly collection targets
4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment updates
5. Ensure compliance with company policies and collection regulations
6. Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account management
7. Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong recovery performance
Eligibility Criteria
1.
2–3 years of experience in US Debt Collections preferred
2. Candidates from International BPO Sales / Non-Collections background may also apply
3. Strong English communication and negotiation skills required
4. Stable employment history with no frequent job changes
5. Candidates should reside within a 25 km radius of Sector 63
Compensation & Benefits
