Full time, on-site Billing Executive role in Patna. Responsible for accurate invoicing, billing records, payment tracking, resolving discrepancies, preparing reports, and coordinating with sales and finance teams.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related field.
- Good knowledge of billing, invoicing, and finance.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience in billing/accounts, preferably pharma or FMCG distribution, is an advantage.
